Our self-made system is intended to use within the companies engaged in estate rental and sales.
Main purpose of the system is to gain more effectiveness and relief sales departments.
Main capabilities:
For end-user:
- by floor / by section view of planning solutions
- view of engaged and free spaces
- online rental / reservation feedback (some clients like TO BE CALLED TO not to call)
- download and print any plan in PDF etc.
For sales department:
- online database management (ex. change status of the apartment from “free” to “reserved”; changes are on the site just-in-time)
- sync the database with central sales department database
